Location: Romoland, CA

Salary: $20-$25/hr (based on skills and experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Job Description:

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our customer service department and assist our three companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming calls, returns calls and follow-up calls regarding national accounts.
• Provides price and delivery information for quotations.
• Edits, enters and allocates new orders and change orders in CRT.
• Expedites and pre-expedites delivery schedules as needed.
• Acts as a liaison with departments such as Sales Support, Product Marketing, Order Processing, Shipping, Material Planning, Quality Control and Accounting.
• Prepares, analyzes and interprets order status and performance reports.
• Prepares and processes return material authorizations, and resolves order discrepancies.
• Verifies all confirming purchase orders and change orders.
• Prepares, posts and maintains charts and graphs of various data.
• Maintains expert knowledge of corporate agreements, policies, procedures, stock reserves, etc.
• Assists Inside Sales Manger in all items related to tariffs.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
